As a project manager and creative producer, I have realized dozens of group and solo exhibitions in a variety of media, budgets, and contexts in the U.S., Europe, and Asia.

Key moments:
  • Led the exhibition design development, production planning, and install supervision for Kinfolk’s AR exhibition, which blends digital monuments with community-centered physical installation;
  • Created and managed a cross-discplinary roadmap with clear milestones and dependencies; 
  • Found cost-effective solutions for production and ensured on-time, in-budget project delivery.

Key moments:
  • Responsible for the production and installation of a site specific installation composed of 1300+ hand-pasted posters and graffiti art by Lee Quiñones;
  • Organized the design and content development of Holzer’s artist’s book TRACE, balancing artistic vision with feasibility;
  • Orchestrated the development of a digital guide on Bloomberg Connects, overseeing the delivery and implementation of 100+ visual and textual assets;
  • Managed merch design and production in collaboration with the Guggenheim Shop;
  • Managed photo-video documentation and post-production, providing creative/editorial feedback.

    • Coordinated competing demands and problem-solved in a fast-paced day-to-day.
