Key moments:
Led the exhibition design development, production planning, and install supervision for Kinfolk’s AR exhibition, which blends digital monuments with community-centered physical installation;
Created and managed a cross-discplinary roadmap with clear milestones and dependencies;
Found cost-effective solutions for production and ensured on-time, in-budget project delivery.

Key moments:
Responsible for the production and installation of a site specific installation composed of 1300+ hand-pasted posters and graffiti art by Lee Quiñones;
Organized the design and content development of Holzer’s artist’s book TRACE, balancing artistic vision with feasibility;
Orchestrated the development of a digital guide on Bloomberg Connects, overseeing the delivery and implementation of 100+ visual and textual assets;
Managed merch design and production in collaboration with the Guggenheim Shop;
Managed photo-video documentation and post-production, providing creative/editorial feedback.
